Hello,

 

I waited at home for my package with my hardware to arrive and DHL did not deliver it. They left a note in the tracking to say that they couldn’t find the doorbell. As DHL couldn’t deliver,the order has been sent back and I have now received a letter to say that I need to pay for the unsuccessful delivery?? I don’t think this is fair as the fault lies with dhl. My name is clear on the doorbell and all other deliveries come without issue.

Careful, cellphone is returned, the hardware contract will be canceled, but the mobile contract will stay without the hardware benefit. 
 

so you have to widerrufen the mobil contract also. 
 

next time, you should pick up the parcel at the dgl. Store.

The shipping charges will be reimbursed if the parcel is returned. Have you ordered the smartphone without a mobile contract? Then you can order again as soon as we have confirmed the return.
