Hello Team,
I’m using O2 prepaid SIM card but I was not recharging the balance for more that 6 months (due to lockdown didn’t need it) and my number is now blocked.
On the web-site I found that in order to unblock the number need to call to hotline and request to unblock it. However when I’m trying to call hotline I can hear IVR in German (unfortunately I don’t speak German 
). I cannot go to O2 shops to make the same request since everyting is closed.
Could you please suggest how to unblock the number?
