Dear O2, 

 

I was not able to log in the Mein O2 app, and it says “Ein allgemeiner Fehler ist aufgetreten. Bitte versuchen Sie es später noch enimal. (-1)”. 

what should I do with this problem please?

This has been an issue all day today.

Ideally, please delete the cache and cookies of your browser and try again. The problem should actually already be solved.

I tried to clear the cache and cookies of my browser, yes, I can log in on the PC, but still cannot log in on my mobile phone.

I deleted the Mein O2 app and then re-installed it again, but it just shows the same as this. I’m using the IOS system, maybe need to wait for the update of this app in the app store?

Can you also try to log in to Mein o2 on a notebook/ laptop instead?
Just to check if the log in in general is able for you.
