Hi,

 

I currently have 2 different problems:

 

1- I can’t login into my account from the App. From the website it works but I cannot see my contract details. I’m a O2 my Home customer. Please take a look at the screenshot

 

2- from my LTE router I enabled port forwarding but seems like it’s not working. Do I need a special APN? I don’t need a static IP but just port forwarding.

why don't you have access? Register the contract numbers of the my Handy contracts and you will see everything.


Could you send me instructions?

have you been able to finish the registration process for a myHandy contract and are you now able to view what contract details in mein o2 you wanted to see?

Hi @o2_Sven I tried but it was showing error that wrong customer number. I have deleted the account and request in other thread from this email address that transfer my all details to this address.  Thanks
