Hi, 

I am not able to call any number. The phone just simply says Call failed. I need urgent help with this issue.

Which tariff did you have? 

 


It is O2 My Data S Online (2021). 

Can you please help me with the issue?

"Data" tariff is for mobile Data only. You can't call in or out with it. 


The information about the package here on the following link mentions calls and sms are included.

Since this is a pure data tariff, telephony is unfortunately not possible and cannot be booked as well. Feel free to take a look at the tariffs that also include telephony.
