Unable to Book New Package

Hi Team!

When I try to book new Smartfone package S, it gives me this error? Can you please check what is the issue? 

 

Before I had Smartfone Package M, I unsubscribed it to resubscribe.

Do I understand you correctly that you like to change from o2 My Prepaid M to o2 My Prepaid S?

At the moment, you have activated o2 My Prepaid M. But if you like, we can change that immediately to o2 My Prepaid S. 

Just tell me what you like me to do.

Hey Tobias!

 

Thank you very much. IT was some problem with o2 website. I was trying to book package but it was giving me error.

 

When I booked via o2 iOS app, it worked. 

 

Thus you can close this issue.
