I have purchase a prepaid sim card but incan no use it because i can not actívate it, i try by the identity app and also by the postident at deuche post with My passport and when i try to call the only number to talk in English is just to sell plans or postpay not for prepaid

That's right, unfortunately o2 does not yet offer a hotline for prepaid customers in English. To be able to help you, it would be helpful to know what the problem is. Please describe the problem in more detail. Do you have a supported ID card or passport from a supported country?
