Hello Support, 

 

I am trying to activate esim on my mobile (Iphone XR) and it fails. 

Lately I have removed esim on my Apple Watch 4, still I am unable to activate on mobile. 

 

Could you help me here to add esim to my mobile ? 

 

error message on activation.

Hi @iamaserverguy,

are you trying to activate an eSIM that you have already used on another smartphone? Unfortunately, this is not possible with o2. You need a new eSIM, i.e. a new QR code.

Thanks for your reply. 

I want an esim for my mobile. If there is no cost for second esim then second one for my watch. 

In this case I don’t want physical sim.

Right now, you have a physical SIM in your mobile and you want to change it into an eSIM, right? Did it work in the meantime or are you still trying to activate your SIM?

The costs of the second eSIM depends on your tariff - if you have a “boost”-tariff with the “connect”-option there will be three SIM cards usable for free, otherwise there are fees for each SIM.
