Hello,



I'm a new O2 costumer and I set my simcard to have automatic 10€ monthly payment via O2 website and using a prepaid small package! This month I received message that I have my service charged but I couldn't use my internet package, so I paied by myself and activate my package, now I've got bill that is 20€ and I only have a prepaid small package active with the amount of 10€!



I supposed to have a 10€ in my bill but I don't have! Is there any solution to have my 10€ back?



Please find my receipt picture attached, I mean the 26.05 payment data!

The o2 my prepaid options have a maturity of 28 days and if the balance is insufficient, the option is inactive and will not be deactivated. You would have your balance on 23.5. need to recharge, so that the o2 my prepaid S on 24.5. would have been automatically extended.



Can it be that you have charged the credit, the option has been renewed automatically, you have not noticed it and you have unsubscribed and then re-booked the pack?

I faced this problem again!

I charged my credit, renewed my package and it was waited for charge again! I charged again and after 20 credit, I only have a s net package!!

would you please return my 10 credit back?


I have no automatic setup and it’s happening over and over!

thanks for your reply.

The pack got deactivated, right after it was book (2 Minutes after that).

There was no need for a manual charging, but it seems like it simply overlaped.

 

You should have received a message regarding your credits by now :hugging:

You should just not stopp automatically renewed options, then you have no recurring problems!
