transferring my number from o2 to another Operator


Hello O2 Team,

 

Unfortunately I have to transfer my o2 number to another company.

they informed me that:

‘Your previous provider refused to transfer your phone number at the end of the contract.’

but currently I have prepaid Sim card and dont have any Contract with you.

could you please help me?

You have to have your phone number released first. Set opt-in.
