transfer my monthly contract to prepaid

Hi, 

I sent my contract cancellation last year, and it will end by March/April. I would like to keep the number but change to prepaid. Can the customer service help to make it happened? I search everywhere on the site, no customer service email could be found. Hopefully this is the right place to get helped.

Hi!
It is not possible to move the phone number from o2 postpaid to o2 prepaid. However, you can move your o2 phone number to another provider if you want to keep your number.
