Hallo,

In my O2 (176XXXXXXXXX) account I have extra balance of 27.70€ in which 12€ were added from my bank account. Now I want to transfer these 12€ into my bank account, is there any possible way?

If theres is a way, I request you to tell me the procedure to transfer back my 12€ into my bank account.

Prepaid? Cancel the contract and you get the remaining balance back. But you need a new SIM and phone number of course.

Hi @Vipasyan,

welcome back to our English community.

Let me guess: I think you do not like the suggestion of @Klaus_VoIP. But it is correct, that´s the only reason to transfer money back to your bank-account: the deactivation of your prepaid-card.

But your money is safe on your prepaid card and will be used for any options in the future.

Unfortunately, I cannot offer you any other possibility. It might be that your bank can help you in this case.

I thought something advanced feature like transferring money to bank account while continuing the prepaid sim card, this would be a better solution.
