yes it did on 26th Jan. 

and now i have wronged cancelled my data pack XL …. i just used 500MB only… can i get it back?

i get the message to deduct my money again same as on 26.1.22

I can't see a 20 euro top-up. Is there a debit for this amount on your bank statement? On January 26th, I only see changes to the top-up options, not the direct debit itself.

If you change the top-up option, the amount will be debited according to the option. The system currently charges you 15 euros once. You had previously changed several times.

I see that you also spoke to the hotline today, were they able to help you?

yes its already charged me 20euro on 26.1.22. I changed few times cause i don't know why it keep charging me $ i paid lots for my prepaid card. That's why i called to hotline today to cancel my bank info in my account. i don't want automatically deducted from my bank anymore. no sense. 

And also i unsubscribed the XL pack and all my data was gone. whats going on. I only used 500MB. i just want to unsubscribe it for next month and change to prepaid M.

Then it's probably the charge position 11.
With direct debit, you get the credit immediately, the debit from the bank account takes place later (approx. 1 week).

no, position 12 is from 5/6. cause before position 12 i have 20euro left in my account. 

you can calculate it. i topped up $ 3 times. position 5&6 then 26.1.22 but i only bought 2 times XL position 7&12.  I should have 20euro left. 

My mistake. I changed it from 12 to 11.

8-11 are mistake. i was no idea why it kept charging me so i asked for a refund from my bank. charged 2 times and all refunded. it has no problem on 8-11. 

but is i topped up $ 3 times. position 5&6 then 26.1.22 but i only bought 2 times XL position 7&12.  I should have 20euro left.

Top up 5 & 6 = 20 + 20 = 40 Euro

Package booking position 7 = - 19,99 Euro

Return debit position 8 = - 20.00 Euro

Top-up position 9 = 20 Euro

Return debit position 10 = - 20 Euro

Top-up position 11 = 20,00 Euro

Package booking position 12 = - 19,99 Euro

This is for 5&6 and i used them all for 7&12

You get the credit immidatly but the amount will be debited one week later from your bank account

1. Pack XL (1) & top up (2) = 0 euro left
2. top up (3) & Prepaid M (4) = 5euro left
3. top up (5) & (6) = 45 euro left (bank date 4.1.22)
4. Pack XL (7) = 25euro left
5. (8) refund & (9) top up = 25euro left (bank date 7.1.22)
6. (10) refund & (11) top up = 25euro left (bank date 18.1.22)
7. Pack XL (12) = 5euro left 

then where is 26.1.22 that 20euro go ?

if as what you said my 26.1.22 paid for (11) then no.7 above should still have 25 euro left as no change coz i topped up 2 times for (5)(6)

top-up (6) was debited at 01/07/2022 from your bank account not 01/04/2022
