top up through bank transfer did not work

I have transfer twice to the bank details but I never receive the SMS that the money has been received. How can I solve it? I have the bank transfers

Did you already check if you made everything correctly?

I just had a look in your account. I only see a top-up by bank-transfer on 23rd February 2021.
