i transferred the money on the 19th of November. I just realized i forgot to put the four digits after my number as reference for payment. i have the screen shot for the transaction.

I have not received my top up through bank transfer.

Hello, could you kindly help me to top up my prepaid balance? i am not in Germany. I cannot receive the calls from Germany and messages as well. I have tried to send an empty message for the 56656, not not received any reply still. Asked to call my friends and they told that it is not working. How i can top up from Central Asia?

I suggest to you that you use “Mein o2” or the “Mein o2-App” to top-up your prepaid sim-card.
