Top-up


Hi,

I have a tarrif that i pay for 10 eur a month.

last time that i toped up for 20 eur, my account automatically decreased in that 20 eur and not by 10 eur

for the monthly tariff.

it is not the first time that it happens, and it does not look like that i have a subscription for 2 months (automatically recharge).

should i stop topping up more than the monthly tarrif?

nice to meet you again in our English Community. 

 

I just checked everything for you. I see that you topped up in February and we prolonged your tariff “o2 my Prepaid S” in February and in March with 9,99 €. I do not see a fault here. 

 

Did you probably have some extra charges? Just have a look into your proofs of individual charges. You will find there an amount for mobile internet that was charged in February.

Hi Tobias,

 

I topped up on February 20 eur, and after a day or two balance showed 0. and then 1 month later my plan did not prolong so i charged it again with 15 eur.

i should have balance of 15 , but it is only 5.

 

Could you please look into it again?

Hello @GilAzar, i looked it up. :relaxed:

At the beginning of February you were outside the EU and used data. That had cost around 10 EUR.
