Did they paid u back? Did u got any tracking number?

No, they didn’t pay yet and I didn’t get any information about it like a tracking number 

Call their customer number and ask for the information. They must pay you back.There is no way that they don't. I ordered the same yesterday and paid 180 euros. I got a tracking number and it says in process. Let me know what happened after calling their customer service? 

​@SiamTime when you got a tracking number, your order wasn’t declined like his order was. This is a completely different case and cannot be compared. Your order was acceptet, his not.

Hi, i sent the confirmation of 185 euros payment in the contact form. I also told that my order was cancelled and I haven’t got my payment back yet. I ordered an iphone 16 pro. Then they canceled it as dhl also emailed that it will return to them. O2 also sent mail that it got canceled. So, I bought the phone from shop.. Today, i got the 16 pro from dhl. I wanna return it. How to do?
