They didn’t return my money back

I bought an iphone 16 pro with monthly payment and was asked to make a prepayment, but my purchase was not confirmed after payment. But O2 did not transfer back the 185 euros I paid. I've been waiting for them to refund my money for more than a week. When will my money be transferred back to me?

jsc is right, it takes up to four weeks notice to be refunded. When excatly did you get the refusal?

Hi! I got the refusal 3th December but still there is no refund. This week it will be 4. week but they didn’t send my money back.

No, they didn’t pay yet and I didn’t get any information about it like a tracking number

Call their customer number and ask for the information. They must pay you back.There is no way that they don't. I ordered the same yesterday and paid 180 euros. I got a tracking number and it says in process. Let me know what happened after calling their customer service?

@SiamTime when you got a tracking number, your order wasn’t declined like his order was. This is a completely different case and cannot be compared. Your order was acceptet, his not. 

@Mine Bekit in some cases the repaying can be up to 6 or more weeks.

Unfortunately, we cannot check your bank details here. Please contact our customer service, you can reach the English speaking support on 089/66 66 300 81 (Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 8 pm, Sat. 10 am - 6 pm, on workdays).

Alternatively, you can submit a request using our contact form. Please include as many details on your payment, your name and adresse, the amount and date of the deposit, the account holder and the account number (IBAN).

Hi, i sent the confirmation of 185 euros payment in the contact form. I also told that my order was cancelled and I haven’t got my payment back yet. I gave my customer number as well in the contact from. I'm just hoping, I get my money back as soon as possible. Thanks. Let's see, how fast, they response. It's been almost 8 days.

I ordered an iphone 16 pro. Then they canceled it as dhl also emailed that it will return to them. O2 also sent mail that it got canceled. So, I bought the phone from shop.. Today, i got the 16 pro from dhl. I wanna return it. How to do?

Hello again! I have been waiting for 7 weeks for O2 to send me back my prepayment. When I called the English hotline, they could not find my contract with the information I gave and sent it to the finance department, but I could not call them because the number they gave was wrong. I wrote to O2 via the contact form, but I still haven't received a response. I don't know German and that's why I guess I can't reach the necessary places. Can someone here tell me what I can do now? I'm starting to think I've been scammed by O2 for 185 euros. Thank you.

okay, this is way too long for a refund. Please get in touch with our english support: 089/66 66 300 81 (Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 8 pm, Sat. 10 am - 6 pm, on working days)

They will open a clearing ticket for you.
