hello o2 community 

i have this issue i pay my bills but this keep showing 

There may be a billing issue with your mobile account. Contact your provider or add a new payment method.

how can i solve this ??

Where are you seeing this message? I am guessing not in the community despite the category you chose to post in.


i use my number as a subscribe to netflix and other apps in iphone but this month when i tried to use my number it show the message i posted in the beginning 


Then there is most likely a block on third party payments from your phone. You will need to choose a different payment method.

Unfortunately, we have no influence on the payment methods for third-party services and cannot unblock them. The tip from bs0 is therefore the best. Another payment method would be useful!
