Hello, I have not lived in Germany for more than a year because I have returned to my home country. But I am still receiving bills for the account. I cancelled the contract in time, I need this to stop... Please, if you can help me.

Thank you for reaching out to the community with your question.  

Did you give your notice in time? If not, the contract will continue. Since you no longer live in Germany, you should send the deregistration from the Citizens' Registration Office (Bürgeramt) to O₂.

Of course you can try to call the English support team at: 089 66 66 30 08 1 Support hours: We are there for you on weekdays from Mon. - Fri. 8 am - 8 pm and Sat. 10 am - 6 pm.

It can take up to 14 days for a moderator to come by due to high demand for help.

Hello @joha_mar ,

I’d assume that you had only a regular contract cancellation at the end of it’s duration so far. As such I’d aside from your deregistration I’d also send in another cancellation, you can do this online as well through the cancellation form.
