The Amount in my account wasn’t updates so I accidentally bought more top uo

Hello,

 

I was trying to renew my package - which was on automatic renewal and should renew itself- but for some reason the top up was not updated so I tried several times to buy the top up. Now I have spent 18 euros more than I needed. Can I get a help on this? Also is there a way to turn off automatic purchase of 30Mb Highspeed Day Surf package? It always consumes my top up before I can buy a new deal.

The pack with 30 MB data volume is part of the tariff itself, i cannot be deactivated, but with the tips from Bumer there will not be any charges if you are not using mobile data while ordering a new package.

deactivate mobile data and WiFi support before ordering the high-speed day surf package. Then it won't be charged.
