I am going to terminate my phone contract because I will leave Germany for good at the end of this month. I read some discussion regarding this topic, one of requisite is I have to submit my rent/work contract. My question is, is the any alternative to replace the document because I will back to my parent house and I have no job?

it's good to have you back.
You will need the following documents:
a de-registration certificate of your present place of residence
and
a notification of your new, foreign domicile or alternatively a confirmation of your employer or landlord
If you are now living with your parents, they should be able to confirm that you are living with them for free.
