Termination of contact due to non availability of network coverage

Hello O2 team,

 

I recently moved to a new place and there is no O2 network coverage in my area. I have O2 home spot and a sim contract. How can I terminate both these contracts due to non availability of network.

Hi!

 

You'll need to contact customer care and let them know you're moving to the new address. If the Homespot tariff is available at the new address, you can use the Homespot there again for a one-off fee. If o2 says that you cannot use your Homespot tariff at the new address, you can cancel the contract on a monthly basis.

The Home Spot is fixt to your address. If you tell O2 the new address that the hone spot will work again!
