Hello. 

I have a 2 years contract but my visa already ended and I'm not longer in Germany. I need to cancel my contract online but first I want to know if there's is any termination fee? Thanks

Welcome to the O₂ community!

Contracts can only be terminated at the end of the minimum term. To get out of the contract you need a deregistration from the residents' registration office which you then send to O₂ to prove that you no longer live in Germany.

You should have sent this to O₂ before you left Germany and unfortunately it is not an advantage that your credit card has been deactivated because you still have to pay the contract and you may have broken the contract because they do not receive the money from you. This means, among other things, that you have to pay reminders, which makes it difficult to get out of the contract.

As far as I know, there is no termination fee but I think a moderator can tell you better.

It may take up to 14 days for a moderator to stop by here due to high demand for help.

Im still paying monthly so there's no broken contract

@Ary.RV Oh okay, then I misunderstood, I thought you were paying via your credit card and it was deactivated as you wrote above.
