I have a contract for a smartphone together with a mobile tarrif included. I wrote a termination letter for the mobile tarrif. The aim of this termination letter was to stop paying for the mobile tarrif which i haven't used and to continue paying the smartphone within the contract terms.
I received an email that they had gotten the termination letter. But the problem is that since then they have still been taking money for the mobile tarrif anyway. Kindly assist on this. Thankyou.

I guess that we made a mistake in the deactivation date.
I see that you sent us a cancellation letter on 11th November 2019. As you have a Flex-tariff, your contract should end on 12th December 2019. Unfortunately, we registrated your deactivation for the 12th December 2020.
I am very sorry for that.
I will now deactivate your contract now on 7th March 2020. Of course, you will get a credit for the last 3 months.
I hope you agree to this solution.

Thank you for replying to my message. With all due respect as you can see i haven't used my mobile tarrif even once since it was given to me. I don't agree with the credit solutiin for the 3 months because i still don't use the simcard. I repeat, i don't use the simcard.
This is a mistake that you did on your end. Kindly make some arrangements to refund me my money. Your solution doesn't work in this situation because I don't use the simcard.

As I see, your contract was activated in October 2019. Even if the shop made a mistake, you had the possibility to cancel your contract with a cancellation-period of one month. We only received a cancellation letter from you on 11th November 2019. Therefore, I only can give you a refund from 12th December 2019 onward.
Additionally, you had also the possibility to clarify your issue with the shop.
I understand that you would like to get another solution, but in this case we cannot decide otherwise.

I received an email that you gave me credit of 72€ in my customer account. What i would like to know is where do i get this credit? How am i going to benefit from thie credit. Are you going to use this credit on my next bill or you will still deduct money from my account. Kindly explain to me how i am going to benefit from this credit.
As for the shop, they had told me to send the termination letter on that date.
