Telefonica Germany credit not topped up

Hi, I have tried to send 5.50 Euro into my O2 account using reference no. of Telefonica Germany, on 6th April. But I have not received any credit in my account. I have checked via the app as well as by dialing the relevent no. Can anyone please help me out?

ok, thanks for the info. 🌷
To get to the bottom of this, I'd like to switch to private messages so you can send us all the information about your payment.
So I would like to ask you to reply to my private message from our collective account @o2_Support.
You can find your inbox with the messages here: Click.
The message should contain: Name and date of birth and also the payment information you have provided and the IBAN you have transferred to.

Did you send an SMS with the content BANK to 56656 to get the bank information (IBAN) and your personal reference (Verwendungszweck - purpose of use /  your cell phone number and the 4-digit check code code)?

Hello, Thankyou for the response. Please note that I did sent an SMS with the content BANK to 56656 and used the details received for transfer. My bank shows the money was transferred to Telefonica Germany and I do have the Transaction details with me.

But money is still not credited into my own account.

I’m sorry that the money transferral seemingly wasnt successful 😕 unfortunately we are no longer allowed to ask for sensitive data via private message and therefor can’t look for your payment here in the community.
