Hi,

I have a O2 Mobile L Boost contract with 140 GB and the multiple SIM cards (2 SIM + multiple eSIM) included.

I would like to downgrade to a lower contract since 140 GB is too much for me. However, in my O2 account I see only the option to upgrade to a higher package.

I would like to downgrade, probably to O2 Mobile M Boost, the reason for that is lower amount of GB and also to keep multiple cards (2SIM + multiple eSIM).

By accident it was somehow updated with status “solved” however I didn’t get any option that answers my question. And my request is not solved actually
Will be great if someone can help me with that
