Hello, i have change my o2 tariff to 25gb €32 with €4 discount so i it says that i have to pay €28,99.
But i just received my bill that I have to pay €36, Why did it happen? why do I still have to pay €36?

Have you changed your contract as part of a contract extension? If so, you may still have to pay your old contract on a pro rata basis.
What does your bill say? Have you had a look?
