I received an email from o2 that I have to request cancellation of my tariff. I want to make a request but I cannot find it online. In here I want to say that I want to cancel it ut I do not know how and please let me know how to do so.

Is it a matter of termination or revocation?


It is a matter of cancelation for renewing my current tarif with O2 for normal S Sim Cart package.


You can revoke your contract within 14 days of the contract extension: widerruf@cc.o2online.de if the contract extension took place online or by telephone.


Hello @Omidfirouzbakht,

if you want to revoke your contract or an extension of your contract you can do this via our e-mail that Bumer gave.

If you want to cancel your contract on the other hand, you can do this via our cancellation form or in your Mein o2 customer account.
