Hello ladies & gentleman, hope everyone is doing good.

I am so confused. Using 02 prepaid for 2 years, and now got an offer for Black friday 50% off for this MBoost 50gb for 18,99€.

I dont understand, is that for me or for new customers? Can i switch to that Tariff, will my number remain the same, because in checkout, it says i get new sim card/s.

And in description it says Angebote is for transfering number only.

That's why i am confused. I would like new Tariff with 24months obligation. What are my options here, really? Thank in advance! Mario

Hi ladies & gentleman.

Since it's black friday, i got an offer in my Email for 50% discount on some Tariff options.

I've been using for 2 years, only prepaid "Guthaben". I would like to change that, but i'm all confused tbh with this 2nd Tariff only 50% discount etc..since im on prepaid.

Can someone simplify, what are my options here. My wish is smt from 20gb(or more) and calls & SMS. Thanks in advance!

Hello @Mario87

The mobile M flex for 19,99€ is the only one black deal. The mobile M Boost for 18,99€ is an offer for a 2nd contract.

Dear @Mario87 ,

welcome back in our community.

As mentioned from @Bollermann is the offer you received a black Friday Deal.

As a prepaid customer, you cannot simply use this deal for your prepaid number. This is a separately concluded contract for 24 months. You can of course have your number ported free of charge if you wish and then continue to use it on the fixed-term contract. The prepaid card will then be deactivated.

Dies this information helps you?

Kind regards,

Andrea

Thats it, that's what i was trying to find out. I need to deactivate my Prepaid card first, then Port to a 24month contract with Tariff. Thank you Andrea!
