If no package is booked, the Surf Dayflat is automatically activated so that no high costs arise.

As soon as you book an Internet Pack, it is deactivated again.

Are you using the My o2 app and the option you want is not displayed? Please let us now exactly how we can help you.

Thanks for your response. And yes, I use my O2 apps on my laptop so far. The problem is that my handphone can't download the apps. It might be because the handphone was bought outside Germany, so it can’t read the German Play Store. And in the apps, I did not find the option to cancel the day-surf internet data or the option to register for the monthly-based O2 internet data.
