Suddenly very high amounts on invoices

Hi, since some months one of our employees suddenly has enormous monthly bills on our o2 mobile contract. She always used to have around 30 euro, now the bills are over 160 and the last one is even over 200.

The invoices only say: Verbindungen: 169,xx Euro

We have no idea what this can be. How can I find out what’s causing this?

Verbindungen means, that there where calls out of the Flatrates. Please have a look at the Einzelverbindungsnachweis.
