Statement of Account Request

Hello, 

Can I request statement of account of all payments made and may I know how much balance I still need to pay? Last August I was charged 2x in my account, thus I am a little bit confused. I want to settle this once and for all. Thank you for your assistance.

are we talking about a mobilecontract or a cell phone you bought?
I need your phone number or customer number and the personal customer code/ID for legitimation.

Hello Andrea, 

 

This is to inform you that I have paid the remaining balance amounting to 330.40 Euro last Dec. 30, 2020.

 

Please confirm to me that I have cleared my account, hence I have no longer credit balance needing to pay.
