Smartphone with tariff

Few months ago, I took a contract without smartphone from O2 for approximately €25 per month. But, I'm thinking to get a new smartphone with the same contract. It is possible to buy the smartphone without tariff and as usual pay for the tariff, but it would be more expensive than buying a smartphone with tariff. Is there anything I can do?

    than turn on „ohne Tarif kaufen“ on the right side. To get all offers without a mobile contract.
