As I can see from other topics in the community, i am also upset and disappointed of your service, especially on internet connection speed.
Now it has been two weeks since the internet speed is slow even if I have full signal with 5G connection. This is unacceptable with my 5G unlimited subscription that I’m using for work, meeting calls are dropping and sometimes even the email is not updating. That is driving me crazy because I need this connection for my job.
I am paying 60€ per month for this bad internet when at the beginning speed was acceptable and had no big problems. Now is not worth it at all.
To make a comparis I have an italian sim that I use when I go there, 5G unlimited at 26 euros per month, I hit 900 Mbps of download even when I’m on the mountains.
The connection here is the most poor speed of internet I’ve seen for a 5G network.
Please check what is the problem /reason of this poor signal in region 78467. I’ve already check for possible disruption on your website and says nothing.
