Hello O2 team, unfortunately my internet has slowed down again. I had peace for 2-3 weeks, the internet had great speeds from 50 Mb/s. Sometimes I had to reset the system from the router to get the speeds back, but apart from that it was fine. Unfortunately for the last few days my speeds have dropped again, they are even worse than at the beginning. Download and upload have dropped below 1 Mb/s. My tariff is Homespot 5g 100mb/s. have you already taken a look at the LiveCheck already for your region? Maybe an issue is already known, else you can also directly report one there.

Live Check shows there is no problem with the connection. I sent a report.

I've checked your address again, and there are currently no reported disruptions. However, the network coverage is not ideal either; our live check shows me limited availability within buildings:

There are obviously constant drops in bandwidth. Does this always happen at certain times or on certain days of the week? I suspect that the cell phone station that serves you may be overloaded.
