Sky Supersport ticket

Hi all,

While booking the Sky Supersport Jahresticket under my Mobile contract, the system returned a technical error and I received a message that I should book it under my DSL/Festnetz contract. Both my contracts are under the same Kundennummer. 

Now when checking MeinO2, I see an “active” ticket in both contracts. I want to make sure I’ll not be paying double, hence seek for your support here.

I regret that our technical support played a joke with you. :thinking:  

 

But I am here to help you. You are right, I found the o2 Sky Supersport 12 month-ticket on both of your contracts. Therefore, I deleted it at once from your DSL-contract. You only have your Sky Supersport-Ticket on your mobile phone-contract now. 

 

I hope you agree to this solution. 

 

If you find any unfitting charges on your next invoice, just let us know.
