simcard plan upgraded

Hello! I just want to ask if it possible to upgrade my simcard planfrom 40GB to 120GB? I only only have the sim only plan, can i upgrade it with phone also? Thank you

are you interested in a permanent upgrade?

We cannot upgrade your plan with a phone, we are only able to change the tariff without changing the contract duration, at his time.

Thank you for your reply. I already called yoir costumer service last friday, July 16, 2021.Talked to one of your english costumer service speaker. I just wanted to upgrade my 40GB to 120GB, and he said that the 120 GB will be upgraded effectuve July 17, 2021..But until now i still have the 40GB on my tariff. Thank you

the order for change of the tariff got a little bt delayed due to system incident, but that is now resolved and the new tariff is active :hugging:
