I ordered my simcard last Nov. 11, and O2 sent an email last Nov. 16 that the simcard have been already to Deutschpost. But still didn’t come. I tried to call the customer service and they need the number of that simcard. I tried to call in another number 0176 88855222, she was rude and can’t talk english. Please help me, what i need to do.. my Sim have 20gb monthly
