My O2 SIMs have stopped working.

When I log in my O2 portal, for both my SIM cards it tells me "For technical reasons, your data cannot be fully loaded at the moment. Please try again later."

I have two numbers associated in my account, but I filled a form for closure of one of them. Why did both my Sim cards stop working? That too without any notice? 

What contracts do you have?

Since deactivated phone numbers can be very unpleasant, I took a direct look: we received a termination notice from you in which two mobile phone numbers are listed, so both were deactivated on time.
One of the two contracts should actually continue to run? We can ask our colleagues to reactivate it if you wish. Shall we?
