If you did not yet receive it, can you please check your contact-address? Is the address in “Mein o2” still correct?
Is your name mentioned on your letter box?
Please check that first before I will order another delivery of the sim-card.

Yes, My name is mentioned on mail box. I want to add zimmer number as i am living in dorm but i am not able to do as system is not allowing me. If possible then please add 628 as zimmer number and please again send replacement if possible
Please help me in this as i am missing my sim card and it's almost one month

Therefore, I have just ordered the delivery of the replacement sim-card to your contact-address. In the delivery address is stated now your room-number behind the housenumber.
