Sim pin?

Maybe a stupid question…

I ordered the Homespot on 10th November, I received the device on 12th November with a sim card in the package.

Everything seems to be working except I need the Sim Pin.

Where do I find the Sim Pin? Does that come separately? If so, how long does it normally take?

Thanks for your request for your PIN of your sim-card.

Did you already get the letter with the sim-card? The PIN is indicated in this letter.

After you have registrated yourself at “Mein o2”, you have also the possibility to see your PIN here: PIN and PUK (in German)
