SIM not prrovisioned for voice

Hello,

I have O2 multicard contract since last 3 years and I am using it on my Samsung Galaxy S8.

I have recently ordered a eSIM for my new Samsung Galaxy Watch but after activating my new eSIM from “Mein O2” my phone is giving error “SIM not prrovisioned for voice

Now i am not able to receive calls neither on my phone nor on my watch.

 

please help me to resolve this issue.

first of all, welcome to our forum. Nice that you have found your way to us. :-)

 

I can see that you had a telephone call about the SIM activation and changed the SIMcard in the meantime. Does it work now?
