Hello,

 

I got an email to say that my new sim card will be automatically enabled in 14 days but I do not want this anymore as my phone was returned. There is no option on the website to cancel this sim so how can I cancel it? Please help urgently!

I have cancelled the sim card now as well. You will receive a confirmation by email.
