I ordered a SIM card 10 days ago (7/5) and it supposedly shipped 7 days ago (10/5) but it has yet to arrive (no tracking information was provided by O2 and order status says “in delivery”). Yes, my address is correct and yes, it is on my post box. How much longer should I wait before cancelling my order and trying a more reliable prepaid cellular provider? O2 has good rates but thus far very bad service.

SIM cards are delivered by regular mail. You cannot track the letter. Actually, your SIM card should have arrived already. But for some reason the letter is late. I would suggest to wait until the end of the week. After that you should ask for a new SIM card.

Obviously this seems to be a problem caused by the postal company. o2 is here to help you, where do you see a bad service?

welcome to our English Community as a new Prepaid-customer. I regret that you have to wait so long for the delivery of the prepaid-card. 

 

@MXP_Alex already gave you some good information. 

 

Did the sim-card already arrive at your place? If not, please check if the delivery-address is correct.

Yes, you can sign a contract in the shop and take the activated SIM card with you straight away.
