Sim card shipment address

Hello,

 

I purchased a prepaid sim card online on March 14. Today I found out that I entered my Name and Last name. And we have a mail box marked by husband’s name. So the sim could have arrived but there was not a mail box with my name. Can anyone at o2 let me know what is my sim card shipment status? If no, what should I do?

Your surnames are different?

Add temporary a sticker with your name on the mailbox.:relaxed:

Did it today, but it was 5 days since I bought the sim. Maybe the mailman tried to deliver it before. What happens then?)

Then the letter to o2 should go back. Nothing else will happen. You can order two SIM cards a year. Just order another one.
However, the delivery of the SIM cards may be delayed due to the corona virus crisis.
