Hello All,

Sometime ago, I bought o2 number and I was able to activate it for my phone and watch. Then, I requested my number to be ported from other company and it was successful either.

My problem is, after number porting, I can’t activate 2nd sim card sent by post (I have second phone, I needed to have internet on it too). In Mein o2 portal, it says “this activation can only be used by SIM cards sent by post”. Could you please help with this issue?

And I have another question. I signed up for forums before I got my number -with e-mail-. Now I want to enter my e-mail to my account but it doesn’t allow me -I guess it is because of there is another account with this e-mail in forums-. Is it possible to merge them?

Wish you all great weekend!

Dear @MDO ,

thank you for coming back to our o2 community. 🐞

I just checked and I can't see an additional card order, just a SIM card swap where you replaced the existing SIM card with another one.
I see the change from the fixed SIM card to the eSIM.
If you want to use another plastic SIM card, you have to order it separately, preferably via the My o2 app.

We can’t merge the accounts. It is possible to delete this Communityaccount and delete the emailadress, too. Later you can make a new account with that email address. Shall we do this for you?

Kind regards,

Andrea
