Sim card not preauthorized

I recently moved and had to cancel my internet. Now my phone is saying that my sim card is not preauthorized and I cannot make or receive phone calls.

Are you able to make phone calls by now? 

Do I understand this rightly?
You are saying that:

Is it possible that you may have terminated the contract and 
therefore:

Now my phone is saying that my sim card is not preauthorized and I cannot make or receive phone calls.

 

If so, I would suggest to reactivate your contract and you could use ur phone as usual.

Do you mean not activated? I am not sure what you moving has to do with your SIM card. Please provide a bit more information on your problem.

After applying for internet cancelation it says Sim 2 not provisioned. I have been using the phone without problem for over 2 years. Should I just add more money to my account balance? It does say 0 which is also odd as I had a positive balance on Thursday.

I just checked, and they definitely stole my money. Do I just apply for a new plan?

I added money to my account, and purchased a new tariff, but that also stopped working after 2 weeks. I've since moved to a different carrier.
