Sim Card not arrived

Hi,

 

My name is Pedro Pessoa and I have ordered my SIN card two weeks ago and it has not arrived. Then, yesterday I called the O2 service who helped me and said it will arrive in the next few days. However, I recieved an email telling to confirm my adress, but I could not since it is saying that due to technical problems my data is not loading. I want to no if it is possible to confirm that another way since I need the SIN card as fast as possible.

You can also get a replacement card in the O2 Shop.

I am sorry to hear there are delays while recieving your SIM card. Were you already able to get in touch with our colleagues and did you maybe already recieve your SIM card? :-)
