Sorry, i do not speak german. 

I currently live in Berlin (just moved), and I had ordered the test SIM on the 14th of October. On the 16th it was handed to the delivery service (deutsche post). It is now the 26th of October, and the status still says in delivery and I have not recieved mail. Who do i contact about this? I am assuming deutsche post, but I am not sure.

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

As simcards are just shipped by the normal postal services, we do not have any kind of tracking with these. As Vilureef said, the letter probably was lost along the way. Have you been able to get another simcard send out to you through the hotline or should we take a look here for you?
