Sim Card Delivery Needs Improvement

Can I just add my own comment here. I really wish O2 would proved a FULL tracking number and send out the sim cards by express delivery. I've just given my wife my 50% discount code  ( Part of the Priority Loyalty Benefits at O2 ) She still waiting for the sim card. You know Its annoying I got her to become a O2 customer , something she wouldn't have even considered before. Now she is a new customer and is still waiting. The sending out of sim cards needs massive improvements. The current time frame of 3-7 days in these modern  age is far too long. I feel Sim Cards should reach the customer within 48 hours after internal processing.

No improvement at all so far. 7 days waiting and nothing yet.

What exactly is the issue - have you ordered a new contract or an exchange SIM?
Have you already received an order confirmation?
Did you check that your contact details (address etc.) are correct before ordering?

@o2_Jessica I ordered a SIM card and in the myo2 says that it was already sent. The address looks correct. I have the SIM number and they are asking me to active the SIM card but I didnt even receive it.

I am astonished by the useless of this service. I ordered the SIM Card so I could have internet while I need to wait 3 weeks for the internet to come. They will install the internet on this Friday and I still didnt receive the SIM card. I wonder what kind of problems I will have with the DSL connection since a simple delivery doesnt work with O2. I am definitely not staying with this company for a long time.

I guess I wont receive the SIM card ever.  Still without internet

They are cancelling my one month internet plan and I didnt even receive the SIM card.

This is very outrageous. I never even receive the SIM card. It was supposed to be one month of internet for me as a trial and I never received it! Any chance that I can still get one month of internet access and actually receive the SIM card by some faster mailing procedure this time?

sorry to hear, that the first order was cancelled all of a sudden. This does however suggest a return of the SIM to us if you haven’t requested the cancellation. Without the SIM being activated, you should be able to order a new card:

This is based on my interpretation, of course, since we have no data access without a connected and active contract. Please let us know if you want to try to order it again or maybe already have done so.
